She/Her | Registered dietitian
I believe healing our relationship with food and our bodies begins with reconnecting to our own inner wisdom, while also acknowledging the impact of diet culture, systems of oppression, and lived experiences on that relationship. I show up in sessions with warmth, curiosity, and compassionate challenge, helping you deconstruct limiting food rules and beliefs while cultivating deeper body attunement. Together, we'll work toward building a more peaceful, trusting, and liberated relationship with food and your body.
It's hard to feel at home in your body when you've spent years internalizing perfectionistic messages from diet and wellness culture. If you feel disconnected from your body's cues or your ability to trust yourself around food, that makes sense. You are worthy of reclaiming your relationship with food and your body. While this work can be challenging and vulnerable, it is also one of the bravest and most meaningful things you can do for yourself.
Beyond sessions, you can often find me somewhere in nature. I love exploring the beautiful state of Colorado by hiking new trails, foraging for mushrooms, or soaking in hot springs. In the city, I’m often searching for my next thrift find, scavenging Denver’s bakeries for the best fresh sourdough, tending to my houseplants, reading, cooking, or diving into a new herbalism project or tarot deck. I’m also a proud cat mom who will happily gush about my cats, Dolly and Nettle, given the opportunity.
Like many dietitians, my early training in nutrition was centered on rigid guidelines and a weight-centric, one-size-fits-all definition of “health.” Throughout my personal and professional journey, I began to recognize how often conventional nutrition approaches emphasized perfection, control, and individual responsibility while overlooking the importance of honoring each person's unique story and lived experiences. I repeatedly saw that health is not determined solely by what we put on our plates, but also by the relationships we have with food, our bodies, ourselves, and each other. This realization sparked my commitment to helping others connect more deeply with their bodies and cultivate more flexible, empowered relationships with food.
