Eating Disorder Therapists In Denver

Helping you find your footing on the path to recovery.

Recovery from an eating disorder requires a well-rounded support team.

At NourishED Colorado, our licensed therapists specialize in treating eating disorders, and disordered eating – and the underlying anxiety, depression, and trauma that often accompany them.

We collaborate with other providers on your treatment team to ensure your care is cohesive, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs – because lasting recovery means healing both mind and body.

Healing happens when you feel safe enough to share.

Our therapy process is rooted in trust, compassion, and connection. We know recovery can’t happen in a space where you feel judged, rushed, or misunderstood — so we start by building a relationship that feels safe enough to be honest.

From there, we tailor evidence-based approaches to your unique story, with trauma-informed techniques like:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Family Support
  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Mindfulness

About the Cost of Care

We know the cost of treatment can feel overwhelming, and we’re here to help you navigate it with clarity and compassion. Our goal is to make sure you understand your options before committing to care, so you can make informed decisions that support both your recovery and your resources.

Our NourishED Colorado therapists are in-network with several insurers, including United Healthcare, UMR, Aetna, Cigna, and Evernorth. For other insurance companies, we are out-of-network providers – which means we can provide you a superbill (treatment receipt) to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service for folks using out of network benefits – click here for more information about requesting a Good Faith Estimate.

Convenience & collaboration are our standard of care.

Whether you’re seeing one of our NourishED Colorado dietitians or are looking to add an eating disorder therapist to your established treatment team, we’ll collaborate with your other providers and continuously put our heads together to make sure you receive the best possible care.
