Our one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions will help you better understand your food and body narrative, and develop skills to navigate challenges around food and body image.
Our clinic works with both adults and adolescents who struggle with eating disorders or disordered eating, in conjunction with other specialties.
We use an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size™ approach, which is weight inclusive, compassionate, and ethical.
We provide support to client prescribed or considering GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic®, Wegovy®, or Mounjaro®) through a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. Our dietitians help you stay nourished, manage appetite changes, and explore your relationship with food — without judgment or shame.
