She/Her | Registered dietitian
I genuinely believe that no one’s experiences with their body, thoughts, and emotions are the same, so no one’s recovery journey will be the same. In our sessions, I use a trauma-informed, human-centered, and emotion-focused approach to meet you and your caregivers exactly where you are. The work we do together is tough, but I am always there to help you look for the positive and take intentional time to celebrate the small steps and small wins.
You deserve to have your unique struggles with your body, thoughts, and emotions fully seen, heard, and validated. It is completely understandable to feel overwhelmed by how incredibly tough the recovery process can be, especially when the progress feels slow or hard to find. You deserve to know that your pain is real, but so is your capacity to heal and grow. You and your caregivers deserve a safe, compassionate space where you do not have to carry this heavy load alone, and where every single step forward is recognized.
When I am away from the practice, you will find me hanging out with my husband and our three wild sons, navigating the beautiful chaos of family life. I absolutely love to hike, ski, be outdoors, cook with my family, and travel whenever possible. We actually took some time off from our careers to travel the world and have visited over 20 countries together! Because of this, I am always eager to learn, explore new things, and find new hobbies!
My journey to becoming a clinician started with a deep desire to help people navigate the complex and often overwhelming relationship they have with their bodies, thoughts, and food. Having traveled the world and experienced so many different cultures, I realized how universal the need for connection, understanding, and compassionate care truly is. As a parent juggling the beautiful chaos of raising three wild sons, I also know firsthand how challenging it can be to support the people you love while trying to navigate a complex world. I chose this path because I want to be the person who helps families feel seen, heard, and less alone during their hardest moments. There is nothing more rewarding to me than empowering clients and caregivers to find their own strength, celebrate their unique journeys, and realize that recovery is possible.
