Bri Roan, MS, RDN

She/Her | Registered dietitian

As an eating disorder dietitian, I believe nutrition should support your life, not control it. Together, we'll explore what feels best for your body while letting go of food rules that no longer serve you. I'll never put you on a diet or assume that I know what's best for you.

If you've been carrying shame, guilt, or exhaustion around food or your body, you don't have to carry it alone anymore. You deserve compassionate care, and you deserve to experience freedom with food and your body.

You Deserve to Be Here, Exactly as You Are.

I like being silly. Life is too short to take everything so seriously.

I love laughing, spending time outside, deadheading flowers in my garden, sitting by a river, and lifting heavy weights. Give me a hot day in the mountains, a little too much sunshine, and someone else cooking me dinner afterward, and I'm a happy camper.

We'd be a good fit if...

  • You're ready to try a different approach to food than you've tried before.
  • You want to say goodbye to diet culture but aren't sure where to start.
  • You're tired of feeling stuck or not truly free with food.
  • You want to move at your own pace in a way that honors who you are and the life you want to live.
  • You've experienced shame around food and want to feel seen, understood, and supported.

Why This Work Matters To Me

This work matters to me because it's bigger than each of us as individuals. When we heal our relationship with food and our bodies, we're breaking cycles and pushing back against systems that tell us our worth is tied to our appearance. I've always been someone who questions the mainstream, and I know that perfectionism and rigidity around food and our bodies are not the answer. We all deserve a more compassionate, peaceful relationship with food, and that's what makes this work so meaningful to me.
