My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to reconnect with their bodies, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build trust in themselves rather than following rigid rules or pursuing perfection. In our sessions, I show up as an authentic, affirming partner who balances evidence-based care with warmth, humor, and genuine curiosity to help you create a life that feels meaningful. Not one controlled by food, body image, or fear.
If you're here, chances are your relationship with food, your body, or yourself has become exhausting. You may feel stuck between wanting things to be different and feeling unsure where to begin, carrying shame, anxiety, perfectionism, or the belief that you have to figure it all out alone. Healing is possible, and you deserve care that sees you as a whole person. Together, space can be created to build trust in yourself, reconnect with your values, and move toward a life that feels bigger than food and body image.
When I'm not meeting with clients, I'm probably covered in horse hair, digging in my garden, playing with my dogs, or trying to keep my ever-growing collection of houseplants alive. I love being outdoors, exploring Colorado, and making my home feel cozy. I'm a firm believer that laughter, authenticity, and a little dirt can go a long way.
My journey into clinical work started with my passion for helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies. As a Registered Dietitian, I quickly learned that nutrition is about so much more than what someone eats. Food is connected to emotions, experiences, identity, relationships, and the way we see ourselves. This understanding led me to pursue social work so I could better support the mental health side of healing and provide more integrated care. Throughout my career, I have been drawn to working with people who have felt misunderstood or judged and helping them feel seen and supported. I believe meaningful change happens through connection, compassion, and creating a space where people can show up as their whole selves.
